Group Service Days

NOCO Humane Group Service Days are a great way to bring your team together while making a positive impact in your community! Our structured service days are designed to build team morale and strengthen relationships among group members, all while getting outside the normal routine and engaging in a different kind of challenge. Furthermore, this is a great way to increase visibility for your business/group/class and demonstrate your commitment to supporting a cause you care about!

What To Expect…

Group service project
Many hands make light work! We will provide your group with supplies and instructions for creating enrichment items that support our animals while at the shelter.
Tour The Shelter
Learn more about animal welfare in northern Colorado and take a behind-the-scenes tour of our state-of-the-art shelter with a staff member
Meet Adoptable Pets
Our furry friends will be excited to see you! Say hi and feed treats to some of our adoptable pets during the tour. There is also an opportunity at the end of the session to socialize with an adoptable animal in the community room (pending an animal is available)
Group Photo
Remember your experience with a fun group photo at the end of the session! We’ll walk over an adoptable dog (if available) to join your photo and spend time with your group. This group photo will be shared on our social media channels with your applicable handle tagged.
FREE One-Hour Rental
Following your group service session, you are welcome to use the Community Room from 12:30-1:30 to eat lunch and debrief with your group. Want to treat your group to lunch? Feel free to coordinate catering and have it delivered to the shelter. If you would like to take advantage of this complimentary hour rental, be sure to let us know on the registration form!

We request a donation of $20/person ($15/person for nonprofits/education groups) to cover the costs associated with providing group service opportunities so that it’s a mutually beneficial opportunity for all.
All Group Service Days operate at our Larimer Campus in Loveland on Friday mornings from 10am to 12:30pm, with the option to use our space until 1:30 if desired.
We can accommodate up to 20 individuals – all participants must be 18 years and older.
Your event must be scheduled at least three weeks in advance and no more than three months out.
