Community Room Rental
At NOCO Humane, our Community Room was designed to provide a flexible gathering space for both people and animals alike.
Whether you’re interested in holding a private event, business meeting or community gathering, our Community Room provides
1,600 square feet to accommodate up to 115 individuals.

If you’re interested in hosting your next event at NOCO Humane’s Larimer Campus, please review the Facility Use Policy and complete the Rental Inquiry Form below. We request that reservations are made a minimum of three weeks, but no more than three months in advance, to prevent conflicts with NOCO Humane programming. Community Room Rental FAQs
What is the capacity of the Community Room at NOCO Humane?
The Community Room at NOCO Humane offers 1,600 square feet of space, accommodating up to maximum of 115 individuals.

How far in advance should I make a reservation?
Reservations must be made a minimum of three weeks in advance but no more than three months to avoid conflicts with NOCO Humane programming.
Who can rent the Community Room?
Our Community Room is available for private events, business meetings, and community gatherings. Nonprofits, community groups, and businesses are welcome to rent the space.
What amenities are available in the Community Room?
The Community Room offers AV equipment, including a TV and HDMI cable, whiteboards, room partition, and exterior bi-fold doors that open to the patio. Additionally, there are 18 conference-style tables, each six feet in length, and 68 chairs available for use. These conference-style tables feature a
flap on the front and are half-width (1.5 ft), providing ample space for writing or placing materials while comfortably seating two individuals per table. Please indicate your requirements in the Rental Inquiry Form.
Can I cater my event?
Yes, you are welcome to cater your event. Please provide details in the Rental Inquiry Form, including the name of the caterer.
Can I serve alcohol at my event?
Yes, you can serve alcohol at your event, but it must comply with Loveland Municipal code. Please indicate your intention in the Rental Inquiry Form. Please note that alcohol is only permitted within the Community Room area and is not allowed on the patio or elsewhere in the shelter.
Will staff be able to help me plan my event?
While our staff is happy to provide a consultation to show you the space and walk through setup details within a 30-minute timeframe, additional assistance with logistics, setup, or coordination with external vendors is available at a rate of $25 per 30 minutes. Are there any restrictions on decorating or using equipment in the Community Room?
- No permanent marks or open flames are allowed.
- Only specified items may be used on walls, and partition walls can only be moved by NOCO Humane staff.
- Thermostat and lighting adjustments must be made by staff.
- All items brought in must be removed, and the room must be restored to its original condition.
How do cancellations and refunds work?
- Cancellations must be made at least eight days in advance.
- Full refunds are available for cancellations made eight days or more prior to the rental date.
- No refunds are issued for cancellations within seven days of the reservation.
Are there any building policies I should be aware of?
- NOCO Humane is smoke-free.
- Children must be supervised.
- Renters cannot access certain areas without permission.
Can I bring animals to my event?
Yes, you are allowed to bring animals to your event, but this must be arranged and approved in advance by NOCO Humane staff. Please mention your intention to bring animals in the Rental Inquiry Form.
Can I utilize the kitchen amenities in the Community Room?
Absolutely! Our Community Room rental includes access to a fully equipped kitchen. You will find conveniences like a refrigerator, microwave, stove and oven, dishwasher, along with plates, utensils and glasses readily available for your use.
