Did you know that by 2030, an estimated 75 million pets in the US will go without veterinary care due to a lack of veterinarians? Colorado is no exception, where more than 50% of Coloradoans have reported they were unable access to veterinary care over the last two years. The Vet Care Coalition, with support from NOCO Humane, is taking action ahead of this November’s election to help decrease animal suffering by increasing access to veterinary care — but we need your help!
We hope to bring two measures to the November ballot — a veterinary telehealth initiative, and a Veterinary PA profession initiative. To do so, we need more than 125,000 signatures on each petition, and plenty of volunteers to circulate.
