Hosted by Windsor Severance Fire Rescue, NOCO Humane is excited to join their Annual Open House event! We will be there to help answer questions about how to prepare for animal emergencies. There will also be a variety of first responders from the county giving demonstrations. Come on out and take advantage of an open house atmosphere were you can interact with local first responders and other community groups.
